Hi, I define a rule to forward email to other email account, sometime, I
found didn't work, hwo to check why it didn't forward sometime? Thansk.

Hard to say without any outlook configuration information. Post at least
your version of Outlook and the type of mail account that you use.

if you use an exchange acct and are forwarding outside the server, the admin
disabled forwarding to internet accts.

Thanks Roady,
I'm using outlook 2000. can I track the event log for reason fail to
forword?

Thanks Diane,
We use POP3, and the email server is not exchange server. Now the problem
is use outlook I can get the emails and I just defined a rule in outlook to
forword. Most time works. How to find it out why it didn't work?

No, there is no log for that. Note that with POP3 you will need to have
Outlook open for the rule to execute.
