Forward mail with attachments fails

When I try to forward (or generate new) e-mails with attachments, I hit the
send button and my cursor freezes and I get a windows with an error message
"no response from SMTP server, error 0X800CCC0F" or Windows crashes to a blue
screen and starts to reboot. I have disabled my antivirus, firewall and
spyware software, which has no effect. E-mail without attachments works OK.

Well according to Microsoft this error has to do with your POP and SMTP
Server. I would double check your pop and smtp settings if they are correct
ask a freind or someone who has the same service if they have the same issue
if so then it could be a problem with your ISP pop server. For Know if the
problem is only with your smtp I would try any other diffrent smtp server.
