Attachments missing on mail reciever

i have 2 accounts in outlook2003, 1 direct ISP (pop3) and 1 exchange
server account, ISP account is set default, when i send email reciever
does not get attachments, text what i have writed goes fine but
attachments no, exchange account is only for calendar sharing. When i
delete exchange account mails go with attachments fine but with 2
accounts doesn't. i have tried change mail "storage" to .pst or to
exchange with no effect. I don't understand what exchange or domain
policy is checking on that mail ??? and the attachments are for example
..doc or .xls and between 100k and 1mb. firewall and virusscanner are in
ISP and they say that there is nothing what can block attachments,
workstation firewall and virusscanner is uninstalled while testing,
domain is .local not public. My opinion is that exchange or DC are doing
something....

Only Outlook can read attachments on Rich Text formatted messages. Make
sure you are using Plain Text or HTML.

I checked thoose format things with no help, it looks like error has
been in address book, because when i take address from address book
attachment won't go to reviever but when i write full/complete address
to reciever line it goes just fine. I have to test to delete address
card and write that again and test again or i have to check this what i
found here in google discussion.

"""I had a similar problem in outlook 2003.
I would sent an email with attachment to 5 recipients 3 would receive
it
complete and 2 without attachment. It was driving me crazy. I found the

solution in editing the contacts emailadress. If you double click the
emailadress a window appears, in the 4th line there is a
internetformat. I
changed that to let outlook determine. And my problem was solved. """

Open the contact's Contact record and doublt-click the e-mail address.
Examine the "INternet format" drop-down at the bottom of the dialogue. Make
sure it says "Let Outlook decide..."
