I am having problems with a simple formula. I am trying to calculate the percentage difference between two cells. All works fine apart from when one figure is a negative and the second is positive, this should show a positive percentage increase however it comes out with a negative number. The only way to show a positive percentage increase (that i know) is to put a minus infront of the formula...the prob with that is if two figures are positive the percentage difference will show a negative.
is there a formula that would cover both scenarios that i have mentioned above?
