Formulas to Values

Hi can anyone help me? I need to convert a range of cells on a worksheet named PM Shift. The range is G3:H23. There are formulas in these cells and when the values change I need the formulas to just leave the value in the cells. I hope this makes sense. Any help will be appreciated.
