formulas do not copy to destination cells, but as existing totals

formulas entered in origin cells are copied to destination cells, to give
automatic total in dest.cell eg. =C4/114% - but instead of doing this,
as it always has, excel now copies only my origin totals, to all destination
cells, and ignores the formulae.
 
Tools>Options>Calculation tab, check Automatic
