I'm working on creating an excel to speed up a procedure that I am required to do on a daily basis.

I am simply looking to create a drop list, and be able to give each selection a different value.

Essentially, I work with numbers in decimal feet, and that's what I need to computed value to read.

I will be using Subtracting Column C from Column B, However i need Column C to be a drop down list that reads.

1/2"
3/8"
5/8"

But the value should be in decimal feet, ex.

.041667
.03125
.05208

The sum will be displayed in Column E.
