Formula to move data

Hi,

Ok I need a formula to move this data from ‘hours' sheet to.
The data on ‘hours' is arranged like this:

‘1ST SHIFT ATTENDANCE'
The destination of the data is arranged like this:

The data on ‘hours' is imported from a .txt file. What I need it to do
is take the hours worked on Monday.
Which is (9) and record it on the ‘1ST SHIFT ATTENDANCE' sheet for
Monday. One thing to consider is the employee name is not always going
to be in the same place on the ‘hours' sheet because when people are
added or removed their location in the .txt file will be different.
The formula needs to originate on the ‘1ST SHIFT ATTENDANCE' sheet
because the ‘hours' sheet will change when a new .txt file will be
imported.Any help is much appreciated!
