Formula to check duplicated values

Can you please a formula or advise how can I check duplicated values on the
same colum.
Example: Column A
24L36
29R50
45P78
24L36
29R51
45P76
29R50

Put this in column B and copy down:


=IF(COUNTIF(A:A,A1)>1,"Duplicate","")
