Formula query

Hi, I want to track expired training competencies by totals eg: +90 days,
+120 days, etc

I currently track current competencies with the below formula but i am not
sure how i would modify it to read the same range of cells but for
competencies that are over 365 + 90 days. I have tried to use 455 but it was
not picking up the expiries. Hope this makes sense, please feel free to ask
me questions.

My current competency formula is:
=COUNTIF(F11:F58,">"&TEXT(NOW()-365,"dd-mmm-yy"))

Maybe this:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(F11:F58>TODAY()-455))
