formula help

Hi - I work in Excel 2000. My spreadsheet looks like the
following:
Mold Color conversion Sample
626 626
252 252
459 459

As you can see there is only one number per row. I have to
copy that number under the mold column. I know how to
just copy and paste say the color numbers, but is there a
formula that I can set up to automatically pick up all 3
columns of #'s per row? I usually copy and paste the
color #'s, but then have to go back and type in the
conversion and sample #'s. Thank You for any help
