Hello all,
could you help me on the following :

If Value in Cell A1 is equal or above Value in A2, I would like cells
A1 and A2 filled in BLUE.

Thanks in advance.

Hi!

I'm assuming that BOTH cells MUST have a value entered:

Select cells A1:A2
Goto format>Conditional Formatting
Formula is: =AND(COUNT($A$1:$A$2)=2,$A$1>=$A$2)
Click the Format button
Select the style(s) desired
OK out

You can use Condition Formatting (CF) to do this. Select cells A1
and A2. Go to the Format menu, and choose CF. In that dialog,
change "Cell Value Is" to "Formula Is" and enter

=$A$1<=$A$2

in the formula box and click Format to choose your formatting.
