formula bar

How do I add the formula bar "fx" to my tool bar? Which tool bar is it on? I
cannot find it on my Excel View, Toolbars. I have the Sum character but can't
find the fx.

The function button is on the Standard Toolbar. If you do not find it even
after you go to View/Toolbars and switch on its display then you need to go
to Customize toolbars and select the Standard Toolbar and click on the Reset
button.
