I'm currently working on an already created document to implement on-line. It will be an application to the medical staff at our facility. The form field commands are great with the exception of: After a question, I've included a line to respond on. When I add the Test Form field command, the use can not type on this line. It just pushes the line ahead of the text. I would like for the user to be able to type on that line if possible. Any suggestions
Thanks!

The correct way to develop forms are to use tables. The following link
provides excellent instruction:

Hi Carol,

Have you protected the document for forms? For more about online forms,
follow the links at http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
