Is it possible to post a form on the web for others in my dept to see but not
allow them to make changes or additions to the form?

Not AFAIK. Access Forms only work in Access.

You may want to try Data Access Page (DAP). Check Access Help on Data
Access Page and see if it is suitable for you.
