Forms & Subforms

I work in training. I am building a database for my instructors. I have a
form Activity Information with a Subform of Activity details listing
students. I am now trying to create a form to evaluate the students in each
Activity on a weekly basis. I had a form set up with two subforms but my 2nd
subform didn't seem to connect with my 1st subform. Any ideas on how this
should be set up?

Two things. One, open the "relationships" window under database tools to be
sure the two tables have an established link.

Two, within the form, with the new subform highlighted, select the Data tab
on the property sheet. Open the Link Master Field. I've always ensured both
the Master and Child fields are the same.

Good Luck,
greg

Now it is taking the data, but when I change subform 1 to the next person in
the list, subform 2 does not advance or clear it stays on what I entered in
for subform 1.
