Forms stopped sending

I have been using CDONTS to send the data entered into a form to an e-mail
address.
The programs worked fine for some time .

A couple of days ago I began to find in my inbox messages from
(e-mail address removed) and the subject is "Delivery Status
Notification (Delay)"

The text of these messages is ;
" this is a warning message only, you do not need to resend your message,
Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed. , (e-mail address removed)"

I replace the program with a copy that uses CDO to send the forms and this
too no longer works.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You need to contact your web host, as this is not a FP related issue.
