Forms Read-Only when running program

I am creating an application and now when I try to run my program the forms
open as Read Only and I can't type any text into my text boxes. How do I
change this back to normal????

Have you inadvertently set the form's Enabled property to False?

No and it is all my forms. I just don't get it.
