When I try to onpen a contact in Business Contact Manager it tells me
"The custom form could not be oped. Outlook will use an outlook form
instead. The form requierd to view this message can not be displayed"
What would have caused this and how can I fix it.

This is a forms cache issue. Go to Tools, Options, Other tab. Advanced
Options, custom Forms, Manage Forms, Clear Cache.

Patricia,
This has been a problem in my application from day one, but I would like to
automate your solution and relieve the user from having to go through this.
Is there a automated solution to do this? If not, could you point me in the
right direction so I can do this myself?

You can delete the Cache directory directly:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user_login>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\FORMS
