What do most of the Access 2000 programs look like in production? Are most
of them created with the wizard or are most of them custom designed forms to
look more like vb?

Your screens are very impressive. The only other samples that I've seen are
Northwind.

Do you have any sample code for making custom menus in Access 2000 VBA?

How did you get rid of the ACCESS menu items?

How do you maximize the form within the ACCESS form?
(windowstate=vbmaximized is not available)

Which advanced book should I buy?

Thank You

What would be the best advanced book to purchase for examples?

Pardon me for jumping in but... by a very broad consensus, the best
advanced guide for Access is the _Access <version> Developer's
Handbook_ by Getz, Litwin and Gilbert, published by Sybex. Two
volumes, ca. $120, and almost any chapter will save you at least $120
worth of your time.
