Forms in Word

I've created a form in Word, a fax cover sheet template, and I want to know
how to set it up that when entering a phone number it automatically tabs to
the next text form field. Example: (area code) tab (# prefix) tab (4 digit
#), I want to enter the area code 816 and when I type the 6 have it
automatically tab to the # prefix field, etc.

Thanks,

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TWFyeSBBIFBlcmV6?=,

Word form fields have no way to do this; it's not possible, not even with a
macro. The user has to press TAB.
