Forms Color

How do you set or change a forms color. I have one form that is different
than all the others but in the properties page I can see no difference
between the two.
 
The BackColor property. It's associated with the Form's Form Header, Page
Header, Detail, Page Footer and Form Footer sections, but not the Form
itself.
