Formatting

If a word document has been passed on through several formatters and there
are constant problems what could be happening? What can you do to solve the
problems? eg; It looks fine in print preview but is messed up when printed
or emailed?

What version of Word are you using? What are you seeing that's wrong? What
do you expect to see?
