Formatting?

There is someone in our office who is having issues with any document printed
on his computer. Word, emails etc. The left side of the document will
capitalize every first letter of each word on the left side whether begining
of a sentence or not. What can we do to correct this?

Sounds like he's hitting a hard return at the end of every line. Tell him to
let Word wrap the lines automatically. You can check for this by asking him
to display non-printing characters. Just click the ¶ button on the toolbar.
If a ¶ symbol appears at the end of every line, he's not using the program
properly.
