formatting

Hello All,

Have not used Word in a very long, long time. Using Word 2002.
Need to create a long document, about 30 pages.
How do you insert pages? EX: Need to add a page of info right in the middle.
Do you just pick a spot and starting typing?
Add page breaks to keep specific data on 1 page?
Any suggestions on putting together a long document would be greatly
appreciated.

You can do either, depending on which is more appropriate. I wouldn't advise
adding page breaks unless they will ultimately be required to keep the
insertion separate.
