When I resize the window of my browser, everything on my website moves to fit
the width of the resized window. How do I keep everything in place. Thanks

Make it fixed width.

More specifically, place your webpage content in a fixed
width Table. See Front Page Help for Tables.

That would be one way. There are others... 8)

CSS does fixed width pages nicely, too.
