Formatting with stationary and signatures

I use stationary and signatures with my e-mail. I would like the black
e-mail to come up with ComicSans 12 point with Body Text formatting.
Currently I have to chane to this from normal. How would I make this
permenant?

Outlook 2003?
Choose Options from the Tools drop down menu and click on
the Mail Format tab. Under Stationery and Fonts, click on
Fonts. Make your selections and OK.
