formatting titles/headings in tables

im having trouble formatting the title/heading in a table
ie if the title is 2 words and i want to split it so that
1 word is on top of the other but in the same cell so i
can save the width space, how do i do it?????????????????
 
Gee,

After the first word, hit alt enter, and then enter your second word. You
might have to adjust the height of the cell.
