Formatting reports - a quicker way?

HI!

I would like to easily space out each heading in a report and have that line
up with each data box in the space below.

A few questions:

1) When I select all the items and then select "to fit" then "make equal the
horizontal space" there is not enough room on the report for it to show. Half
the report is squished at the end. To the point where I can't read anything.
I can't seem to stretch the grid thing it is on any more. How can I get more
room?

2) Is there an easier way to having everything spaced out and matched up
with their data counterpart than individually moving each one. Right now I
find the heading and the little data box do not match up in the report.

You may have to change your font size to get everything to fit.

No, there is no easy way to get multiple fields to automatically line up
other than what you are doing. You have to select the text box and it's
label then format/align left.
