Outlook 2003
WindowsXP

If a user wants to reply to an e-mail message the bold, underline are greyed
out. To fix we click on format, html.

Create messages are already set to html..however is there any way to have it
stay on html when replying. Right now it is just in plain text. I tried to
check the fonts in Tools, Options, Mail Format "reply" but this did not
help.

Thank you.

Hi HT,
if you want to format separat mails,
open the mail
edit > edit mail >
format > html

No. Outlook always replies using the format of the original message. If
you want it changed, you have to specifically change it with the Format
menu.

Thank you!
