Formatting of values

Hi All,

When I type any figures into an excel spreadsheet the format doesn't
appear quite correct.

For example for €12.00 I get €12,00 how can I change it so I get a
decimal point
(.) not a comma symbol (,).

What version Excel are you using. Unable to duplicate your issue.

Could be a Windows Regional Settings function where you have the comma set as
decimal separator.

Or in Excel you may have changed that setting in Tools>Options>International
under "Number Handling"
