Formatting of pages does not upload correctly

I am using FP03, and cleaned out my old website (http://theroadtoemmaus.org)
to reupload. But the new upload will show neither the background color nor
the proper text (font, size etc). It was working fine before the upload,
which was essentially the same as the deleted one.

Maybe related to the problem is that in FP I cannot edit the page
background, which is greyed out when I right-click on Page Properties and go
to the formatting tab, or format/background at the top of the page. It is
locked up.

Eg., at the What's New? page, the background color is missing, should be a
light beige, and the fonts are not correct in the tables. Things seem to be
working fine on the Top Page, and on the Narrow Gate page. And the
formatting is not locked up there. I can go to the same pages where the .gif
files are located for both pages, but from the What's New page, access to
that page with the .gif files is greyed out.

Why would it change merely because I deleted and reuploaded? Why would I
not be able to edit the background colors?

Steve, OK, but will I have to individually edit every page on the site? How
else would the pages know where to look? That will be an enormous task.

If you have a website open, when you move a page or file all the links
to that page or file will be updated on all pages, provided the links
are relative, and are not part of a script.
On your home page, when you move the stylesheet the link will be
updated.

FYI, a browser will only display the fonts that are installed on the PC
being used. Baskerville may not be installed on every PC - particularly
not on Macs or Unix/Linux boxes. And I find it hard to read.
