Formatting form text box

Is it possible to format a form text box to show 2 decimal places for the
value?
 
Yes, you can format the text using javascript when the form is
submitted.

I don't think so with out extensive coding, but the "validation" in form field
properties (right-click the field) has a way to "force" the user to enter a
number, but there's no real way to set it to so many decimals.
