oNE THING i FIND i DO A LOT IN wORD is start a sentence with caps lock on and
Word notices and puts it right as soon as you've typed the first blank space.
Is it possible to turn this on in Outlook e-mail editing?

It appears not (unless you use Word to compose your messages).
