Formatting emails

I really need help, I need to format my emails and I do not know to do it.
If there is someone who knows how then I can again send emails.

That depends on what you mean by "format my emails."
Please explain what you want to do. What have you tried so far?
Were you ever able to send emails, and what occurred when you
were suddenly no longer able to send emails?
