Is there a way to dual format a cell? I have a sheet that uses monetary
values, so it is formatted to show 2 decimal places. I also want to format
them, so that if the value is zero, nothing shows. Can I do that and if so,
how?

TIA

this is cool, I have all kinds of spreadsheets at work this would be great
for. Are there any limitations or problems I should watch out for?

Hi
no limitations but this can sometimes be confusing for a user.

The way I have mine set up is cells that you enter infomation into and that
places the info in the area that will actually be printed. The printed area
is a form. That way, they cannot mess with the form or change the formulae
and the entry cells show 0 when empty, while the form cells show nothing.

I'm the main user so it should be ok. I'll be sure to warn the others I
work with tho.
