Formatting Alignment - Is upside down possible?

I would like to format some text in an Excel spreadsheet as upside down. I
can sdee that I can align to 90 degrees but is there anyway to align by 180
degrees? Thanks.
 
I would ask this in an Excel forum or group. In FrontPage, make an
image of the text and insert that into the page.
