Hi

I recently reformatted my hard drive, then reinstalled Windows XP. The formatting went well, all files were successfully copied/installed, and Windows runs fine. Only thing is that I cannot get it to pick up my cable modem connection anymore. I run my ethernet to a wireless router, which is connected to the cable modem. Nothing is wrong with the cable modem end, I just can't get my PC to recognize that I am connected. Please help

Thanks

Did Xp or you install the drivers for the nic card? Look in your system
properties and see if there are yellow marks in there on your nic card.
