Simply boot up your computer using the WinXP CD-ROM and
follow the onscreen instructions to delete existing
partition and perform a new install of Windows.
Do this by making sure your CD is in the drive when you
boot up. You should be prompted to "Press any key to
boot from CD". If not, you might need to change the boot
order in your BIOS/Setup screen, so that CD-ROM is the
first boot device.
