Format - Paragraph

Hi all, I use Widow XP and FP 2002 and up until a couple of days ago I could
change the spacing in paragraphs but for some unknown reason I can no longer
do so. If I highlight the paragraph and click on Format then Paragraph all I
can now change is the alignment but the other boxes are greyed out. Anyone
know a quick fix? Fred
 
Make sure you have CSS Enabled In Tools Page Options
