Format Other Hard Drive NTFC

Hi. I have a 40gb hard drive w/xp and it was formatted as NTFS. I
also have a 12gb hard drive that is currently FAT32.
I want to use the 12gb for backup and some games. Should I
reformat this drive as NTFS? Are there some games that might
not be able to install on a NTFS?

Any help will be a appreciated.

I see no reason to change it.
