Format negative numbers

The option to format a negative number with a parenthesis around it is
missing from my options. Any idea on how to get it back?
 
You could always use a Custom format of
"0.00_);[Red](0.00)"

Note that the topic of this group is things that cause Excel to crash (which
this doesn't). Since Excel rarely crashes, this group is not widely read.
You would have gotten an almost immediate response in a more appropriate
group (such as "General Questions" or "Misc").
