Format Incoming Mail

I am running Outlook 2003. Recently I was switched from a POP server to our
corporate exchange server. Before the switch I had unread e-mails in a blue
large font and when they were read they went to a standard font. Worked
perfectly. Since the switch to the exchange server only some of my e-mails
get reformatted but more than half do not. I have tried all kinds of things
to no avail. Any thoughts?
 
Open the Organize pane from the Tools menu, then click the Automatic
Formatting link at the top right -- examine the rules that are set up
already and see if you can figure out why they're only being applied to some
of your messages and not others.
