format in VBA

Good evening Group,

How do I express the following format, to use in the advanced filter, by
code?

exempel : ="=Ice"

Textbox1 = "Ice"

Following gives FALSE

Cells(1,1) = ""="="" & Textbox2 & """

Brgds

CGR
 
Cells(1, 1).Value = "=""=" & TextBox2.value & """"

I like:

Cells(1,1).value = "=" & Chr(34) & "=" & textbox2.value & Chr(34)

Those double quotes are confusing!
