Format Changes?

My boss frequently sends me an Excel file with certain cells and grid
lines formatted to print in color, even though there is no need for me
to have it in color. There's no way for me to get her to change her
ways. Is there a simple way for me to change the sheet so that it will
print as all black without having to individually change all her
formatting? Excel 2003 Thanks for any assistance.

When you press the print button, and your PRINTER DIALOG comes up, you
can tell THAT to only print it in grayscale.

It will save that way, and every time you print it, it will print in
grayscale.

The OTHER way is to set THAT printer, at your workstation to print
EVERYTHING that way, and the only drawback to that is that YOU have to
manually select a color made for actually printing in color.

Even then, if she uses the same printer, you may have to manually change
the print set for that workbook, but once you do, it will retain your
choices.
