FORMAT CHANGES NOT AVAILABLE IN SEND TO

While sending an MS-Office file via File > Send To > File as Attachment I am
not allowed to bold, underline or use italic fonts. Such a trouble is not
faced while sending a new or replying or forwarding an email.

How to overcome?
