I have two Western Digital 20 GB Protoge HD's I bought off of ebay. I need
to format and Partition these drives and need some software to do it. The
software on Western Digitals website will not download for some reason. Also
I do not have a 3 1/2 inch floppy in this computer so it has to work off of
a CD. HELP!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't look like this will format an
NTFS partition.

Bart's PE will. You have to build your own disk due to copyright
restrictions, but once you have it, it's a very fine tool. Google for
it.

Trialware but trial is a fully working version.

If Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened
rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic
music.

If you are installing XP, it's all on the CD.

Correct. In fact, no matter what OS you are installing the tools needed to
partition and format is probably on the CD. The only potential problem is
that some broken partition managers (i.e. Microsoft fdisk) in some cases are
unable to successfully remove old partitions before creating new ones.
