I am new to FP 2003 and would like to set up some text in a format people can print. Is there a standard way to do this? Do I set up a link to another page in some common format if people do not have MS Word? Thanks.

Easiest way is to use Adobe Acrobat .pdf file it's a universal format.
Acrobat Reader is free
Acrobat (distiller or writer) is not free - but there are some less expensive programs out now that will create .pdf files.

If you don't have Acrobat and you only have a file or two to convert for testing purposes - I'd be glad to do it for ya. Just lemme know first as I bounce a lot of email :-)
