My professor reccomended me to change my English setting to formal English.
I've been searching all over the place in MS help and whatnot and I still
cannot figure out how to change the language setting. Does anyone know how? I
have MS 2003.
THANKS!

Maybe he meant the grammar checker?

The grammar checker in Word 2003 no longer has the overall settings for
"Formal English" and other varieties. Instead, it has individual settings
for a number of possible grammatical problems. You may want to start by
checking all of these.

Thank you! I think I fixed it for that so far. Now it is just a matter of me
learning all about formal English and its guidlines. lol
