form

I have an order entry form that has several fields of entry. It also has a
subform to enter the detail. The form has the totals of the $ ordered, the
sales tax, freight and a few other such items. My question is how to best
present this form. Maybe in tabbed form? I could shrink all the fields, so
it fit on one page, if that would be best.

Thanks,

Hi,

That is really a question for your users. Make up a demo of each type
and present it to them to try out. What will work for them depends on a
number of factors such as ease of finding things, order of the information as
they get it and so on. Also, there is no reason not to consider having more
than one form to accomplish the same thing if some want it in one format and
others in another. Although doing so does add to the maintanence issue.
